A corporation proudly setting the standard in supporting stillbirth within their Australian Paid Parental Leave arrangements.
Established in 1985, Microsoft Australia is the Australian subsidiary of Microsoft Corp., the worldwide leader in software, services, devices and solutions that help people and businesses realise their full potential. Woven throughout daily life, whether it be work or play, Microsoft technologies enable millions of Australian partners and customers to innovate in new ways.
Microsoft is always looking for ways to enhance our benefits offering to ensure our people have access to market leading benefits. As part of our commitment to improving our parental leave benefit, Microsoft has extended our Paid Primary and Partner Parental Leave to our people who are affected by the tragic circumstances of stillbirth. Affected employees will have access to the full 20-week paid leave benefit for primary caregivers, and six weeks paid leave benefit for partners. Microsoft has partnered with the Stillbirth Foundation to call on other businesses to match this commitment.
