Microsoft has extended its Paid Primary and Partner Parental Leave to people who are affected by the tragic circumstances of stillbirth. Affected employees will have access to the full 20-week paid leave benefit for primary caregivers, and six weeks paid leave benefit for partners. Microsoft has partnered with the Stillbirth Foundation to call on other businesses to match this commitment.
