Domain recognises that all pregnancies do not always end with a healthy baby and the devastating impact this can have on families. In the unfortunate event of a stillbirth, employees will be eligible for Domain’s paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers. In addition to this, employees will have access to confidential counselling to parents coping with stillbirth.
