Service of Remembrance, Consolation and Hope – Registrations now open Friday 5th December 2025, 7:00pm arrival for a 7:30pm start RSVP: http://tix.yt/sydneyremembranceservice2025 For more than 25 years, the annual Service of Remembrance, Consolation and Hope has been lovingly led by Deb De Wilde and Belinda Power. It has become a profoundly meaningful tradition for families grieving the loss of a baby or child — a gentle gathering that offers space to pause, honour precious children gone too soon, and connect with others who truly understand. This year marks an important new chapter. With Deb and Belinda stepping back after decades of devoted leadership, Red Nose Australia and the Stillbirth Foundation Australia are deeply honoured to continue this cherished service, ensuring it remains a place of comfort, healing, and remembrance for the hundreds of families who attend each year. Families who have experienced the devastating loss of a pregnancy, stillbirth, or the death of a baby or child are warmly welcomed. We also gently invite extended family members and friends to join us. Together, we carry forward this legacy of love, community, and memory — holding space for every family, every story, and every child who will never be forgotten. You can register for this special event via the attached QR code or via this link http://tix.yt/sydneyremembranceservice2025 We kindly ask that all attendees register for this year’s service, even if you have joined in previous years. As the new coordinators of this event, we are proud to continue its legacy. We are using an updated registration system to help us stay connected with everyone and ensure no one is missed. Photo Slideshow Tribute A special photo slideshow honouring all the babies and children will be presented during the service. After registering, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to submit your photo for inclusion. Please note that photo submissions close one week before the service, on Friday, 28 November 2025. Whether you plan to attend in person or online, please ensure you register your attendance so you receive the photo submission details and other important event information. Live-Stream Access The service will also be live-streamed for those unable to attend in person. A reminder email, including the live-stream access link, will be sent a few days before the event. Be sure to register for the live-stream option to receive these details and to take part in the photo tribute. Please allow plenty of time for parking. There is street parking and a small car park adjacent to the church.
