Wesfarmers Limited Parental Leave Policy includes support for parents in the tragic occurrence of stillbirth through access to parental leave (including primary carer, non-primary carer and unpaid parental leave) and confidential counseling through their Employee Assistance Program. Wesfarmers Limited works with the team member to create a suitable arrangement to support their transition back to work.
