Unitywater
Healthy Families is Unitywater’s parental leave program that provides support to team members when considering starting or expanding their families. It is offered to all Unitywater families who welcome their addition(s) through birth or adoption and also supports families who experience the loss of a child following 26 weeks gestation or shortly after birth. Our program includes 20 weeks of paid leave for the primary carer and four weeks of paid leave for the secondary carer, as well as continuation of long service leave accrual, superannuation on paid and unpaid parental leave (up to 52 weeks), a return to work payment, coaching, keeping in touch connection days and flexible return to work options.
