We also recognise the traumatic impact of a stillbirth or neonatal death and have policy provisions in place to provide care for our people and their families during these times of need. In addition to paid time off, we also offer all employees and their immediate family members access to specialist grief and loss counselling via our Employee Assistance Provider (EAP).
