PepsiCo updated their paid parental leave policy in 2020 to include employees who are in the unfortunate event of experiencing a medically defined late pregnancy miscarriage or gives birth to a stillborn child. In additional to 16 weeks paid leave, we offer our staff members and their immediate family access to a number of support networks including our Employee Assistance Provider, membership with Parents at Work and support in their transition as they return to work via our flexible work options.
