NEXTDC’s parental leave policy ensures employees of all gender and sexuality have access to 20-weeks paid leave for primary carers, and four weeks paid leave for partners. These benefits extend to those who have been tragically impacted by newborn death or stillbirth. In addition to our employee assistance program, our priority is ensuring employees receive the space and support needed to navigate these difficult times of grief and loss. NEXTDC also provides 5-days paid leave for employees whereby a pregnancy sadly ends in miscarriage or termination.
