Our employees are the most valuable part of Megaport.
In recognition of this, we established 12 weeks’ paid parental leave for any new parent. In 2021 we also added paid benefits of up to 20 days’ early loss bereavement leave and stillbirth parental leave—12 weeks for employees that physically suffer the loss and 6 weeks for partners—to help them feel supported in spending time to process with their loved ones. Employees and their immediate family also have access to six free and confidential counseling sessions per year under our employee assistance program.
