Lendlease has a culture that supports parents and families, and we encourage flexible working as part of our return from parental leave guidelines. Lendlease’s parental leave policy supports parents impacted by stillbirth, and offers the full entitlement of 18 weeks paid leave for primary carers and 10 days paid partner leave, plus any unpaid leave period required. Additionally, we partner with a number of specialist organisations that provide extra support, including: Coaching for all parents who take parental leave. The program assists employees during the key stages surrounding their leave period; including preparing for leave, staying connected and transitioning back to work. This extends to parents of still born babies. Employee Assistance Program that provides individual and confidential counselling services. The program includes a dedicated Leader Support Service, so managers can seek guidance on how best to support their team member through this difficult time.
