James Hardie supports the needs of its people in pregnancy and family planning, transition to parenthood, returning to work and caring for family members through our Hardie Families policy. Importantly we extend this support to parents in the tragic occurrence of a stillbirth through providing paid parental leave and confidential counseling via the Employee Assistance Program.
