Our employees are entitled to paid parental leave, offering 16 weeks for primary carers or 4 weeks for secondary carers, regardless of tenure. In addition to this, we provide access to our Employee Assistance Program, which offers 24/7 confidential counselling and support from specialists in grief and loss for the employee and their immediate family.
