Family is such an important part of life and childbirth is usually an occasion associated with joy, however unfortunately, not all pregnancies continue for the full term without complication, illness, and sadly there is the potential for a child to be born prematurely or stillborn. In all circumstances Infigen employees are entitled to four months paid parental leave and unpaid leave. As each case will be different, Infigen will work with the employee and their family to reach an arrangement that will suit their personal circumstances.
