At EY, our Parental Leave Policy has been designed to be flexible in its approach to suit our people’s needs. In the tragic event of stillbirth, EY people of any gender are provided the full parental leave entitlement including full access to paid and unpaid leave. Confidential counselling with an experienced psychologist is also available to all our people through our Employee Assistance Program.
