At Brambles/CHEP, our Parental Leave Policy has been designed to be flexible in its approach to suit our people’s needs. In the tragic event of stillbirth, we have extended the primary and secondary carer paid leave to ensure our people are fully supported at this time and enables the parents to take the time to recover physically and emotionally without financial pressures during this difficult time. Confidential counselling with an experienced psychologist is also available to all our people through our Employee Assistance Program.
