At Canva, we offer 18 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of tenure, gender or primary/secondary carer status. We've also developed a return to work program, offering full-time pay for part-time work during the first four weeks after returning from parental leave. In the tragic event of a stillbirth, parents are provided with the full paid parental leave entitlement in order to concentrate on what matters most while ensuring they're able to access the support they need.
