At Art Processors, our policies are created from a ‘life first’ viewpoint. In the event of a stillbirth, up to 20 days of bereavement leave is available for our people. They can also utilise any available personal, annual, or life leave to supplement their bereavement leave. AP Team members also can work with their manager to create a phased return to work on part-time or reduced hours basis where practicable. We provide confidential counselling support through our EAP and access to Circle In, which is a community supporting parents and carers in all stages of their parenting journey.
