Alinta Energy has a specific provision in our parental leave policy where parents who experience the tragic event of a stillbirth can receive full parental leave entitlements. Our policy also recognises that it is the parent’s choice as to when they are ready to return to work, and Alinta Energy supports parents whenever they choose to return to work. Parents can also access confidential counselling with experienced psychologists through our Employee Assistance Program.
