The Stillbirth Foundation is pleased to provide a small range of goods for sale, both to help raise awareness of stillbirth and to support our fundraising efforts. The full range of products available is shown on our website (www.stillbirthfoundation.org.au) under the Shop tag on the menu bar.
Placing an order
Merchandise may be purchased through the online shop or by phoning our office on 02 9557 9070.
Items purchased online will receive an automatically generated acknowledgment.
All online payments are processed through a secure server that meets the industry standards required by our bank, the Westpac Banking Corporation.
If you are paying online by credit card, once your details are entered your order will be processed securely online using the SSL encryption standard.
If you are paying by credit card over the phone, your order will be processed manually. Once payment is confirmed, your credit card information is destroyed.
No credit card details are retained by the Stillbirth Foundation either in hard copy or electronically.
Processing your order
Once your order has been processed and payment confirmed, your items will be prepared for despatch from our Sydney NSW office.
Should your requested items be out of stock or unavailable for any reason the Stillbirth Foundation will notify you within two business days from the day on which your order is processed.
Despatch and delivery
Orders are despatched within seven business days. Should you require an accelerated timeframe, please telephone our office on 02 9557 9070 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that despatches may be delayed over holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas and New Year when the Stillbirth Foundation office may be closed.
Postage and handling
Postage and handling charges are clearly identified on our online shop pages, and will be automatically calculated prior to checkout and payment. Should your order weigh more than the amount of postage calculated, we will contact you for further instructions prior to despatching your items. you will also be advised of the revised postage rate and asked for approval to proceed.
Items are carefully packed and despatched at standard mail rates.
While all care is taken in preparing and packing your order, the Stillbirth Foundation cannot accept responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit.
Faulty, incorrect or wrongly described goods
Should you receive faulty, incorrect or wrongly described goods, please contact the Stillbirth Foundation office on 02 9557 9070 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within five working days of receipt to arrange an exchange or refund.
Exchange and refund policy
The Stillbirth Foundation does not normally provide refunds, unless goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to those promoted on our website, or have been sent to you in error.
Any costs incurred in returning faulty or incorrect goods will be the responsibility of the Stillbirth Foundation. Please note that under normal circumstances standard postal rates will be used.
Any items of clothing, toys or other merchandise must be returned in original condition, with their original tags and packaging (where appr0priate). Items must not have been worn, soiled or used in any way otherwise an exchange or refund cannot be offered.
Refund of donations
If making a donation, it is the donor’s responsibility to ensure that care is taken in providing accurate account details and to ensuring that the correct amount is indicated in Australian dollars. Donations made to the Stillbirth Foundation Australia are not refundable.
Processing of refunds
Refunds can only be made using the original payment method and in the case of a credit card transaction, back to the original credit card used.
Refunds will be processed by Stillbirth Foundation Australia staff within three business days. Please note that the speed of the banking system varies and it may be up to another three days before your refund appears in your account.
Payment and currency
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You may also make payments by direct deposit, PayPal or cheque (made out to Stillbirth Foundation Australia).
All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to GST. International orders will be processed exclusive of GST.
All amounts are billed in Australian dollars. International purchases will be charged at the equivalent of this rate in the relevant currency at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Events promoted and or managed by the Stillbirth Foundation Australia may have their own terms and conditions regarding the purchase of tickets, items, sponsorship packages or other transactions. Any such conditions will be made available as part of the planning and promotion of such events.
Third party suppliers (such as the Everyday Hero fundraising platform) may also have their own terms and conditions for use.
