WORK180 (Previously DCC Jobs) is Australia’s only jobs board which pre-screen employers to identify their level of support for women’s careers in areas such as paid parental leave, pay equity, flexible working arrangements and much more. Only Endorsed Employers for Women are allowed to join WORK180 and over 80% of employers who are rejected, go on to improve their policies and re-apply. The support offered is listed on the website and helps job seekers identify which employer they wish to work for.
WORK180 is collaborating with the Stillbirth Foundation and reaching out to their Endorsed Employers for Women to discuss how their parental leave policies can be re-written to include parents of stillborn children, with an incredible level of support shown within the WORK180 Employer network for this important initiative.
