The Parental Leave Policy was revised in 2018 to support the whole family, including support for parents in the tragic occurrence of a stillbirth. If a team member’s baby is stillborn (from 20 weeks) they are entitled to either Primary or Secondary Caregiver paid parental leave and unpaid parental leave. All team members have access to a free Employee Assistance Program, which provides confidential counselling to parents coping with stillbirth.
